There was pleasant and accommodating staff and the service was good. The room was airy and elegant and offered with shower, decent bed, as example. Enjoyed a tasty and satisfactory breakfast with the Greek yoghurt.

Got an upgrade to a nice room and bathroom. Staff very helpful at the front desk. Good breakfast cooked to order. Quiet out-of-centre location with no traffic noise and with lots of parking space.
Internet access was expensive - even at the public computer in reception. Internet access should be free in a hotel of this category. The downside to the quiet location is the distance from the centre; however, the taxis come within minutes of being called. There are also frequent buses and the journey takes only 5 minutes.

Pleasant surroundings - able to take our dog with us. Opportunity of a room on the ground floor. Lovely range of buffet items at breakfast.Staff quiet and unobtrusive but there when required. All in all a very good experience which we intend repeating.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay we enjoyed everything about the hotel Felix. We travel extensively but found the hotel calming, food delicious and could not fault it.
